At Signore.pk, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or refunding an item purchased from our website.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item was purchased directly from Signore.pk.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery (Note: Only for RTW items).
- MTM(Made-to-order) items are not eligible for returns and funds as these items are specially made for particularly as per customer fit and requirements.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund after 10% deduction within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- In the case of a refund for a defective or incorrect item, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately. The return and refund will be processed as per the guidelines mentioned in this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and initiate a refund if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the return process will apply.
